Pre-Order Policy

Spacetoon International Company, organising exhibitions and conferences requests its customers to read this Policy carefully and thoroughly. All minors under the legally stipulated age should read the Terms in the company of a legal guardian.

Priority

Spacetoon International Company, organising exhibitions and conferences, will arrange the products according to the order and the timeline in which the Pre-order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the Terms, the next person on the Products reservation list will take your position and your deposit cannot be returned.

Customer Details

When placing a Pre-order for Little Things items, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You take it as your obligation to update the correct contact or shipping information should there be any changes to this information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an email to rsm@littlethingsme.com.

Payment

For high-quality statues from Tsume and other high-value resin statues, you will be charged 30% of the price of the products at the time of placing the Pre-order. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Mada, Master Card, STC Pay and Cash. Your placing of a Pre-order constitutes your agreement to Spacetoon International Company to organise exhibitions and conferences at a charge of 30% of the product price. The remaining balance must be paid after the arrival notification via email within 30 days. Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences, reserves the right to cancel the Pre-order and keep the deposit should there be no response to any of the communications sent to you.

All other items on pre-order shall be paid in full. You have the option to pay items on pre-order in 4 instalments using Tabby.

Delivery Schedule

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) is only an estimate. It is subject to change and Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date released on the website.

In the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met,Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits. We will provide you with periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule.

If, for any reason you decide that you do not wish to wait for your product, you may cancel your reservation 30 days after non-delivery from the ETD.. All deliveries will be within the KSA only. Any deliveries outside the KSA will be charged separately. Deliveries outside the KSA may require additional time to be delivered depending on the carrier.

Price

Spacetoon International Company, organising exhibitions and conferences reserves the right to decrease/increase the selling price should any reason arise.

Cancellation

The customer or Spacetoon International Company, organising exhibitions and conferences may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-Order at any time, however, the deposit will not be returned, unless Spacetoon International Company, organising exhibitions and conferences fails to deliver within 30 days of the ETD. If Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences cancels your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the deposited amount, but if the pre-ordered item arrives in stock and the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase or cancels the pre-order, the deposit will not be refunded

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement. In the event Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences is held liable for any damages arising out or related to this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase without interest.

Age and Residency

You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old. All minors under the legally stipulated age should have their legal guardians’ approval before doing a pre-order. The Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences, shall consider all pre-orders done by minors as supervised by guardians. Refunds shall not be entertained even if the order done by a minor was proven to have been unsupervised by his/her guardian.

You acknowledge and agree that Spacetoon International Company, organising exhibitions and conferences, will initially focus its service efforts on certain geographical areas and may expand to other areas as the company grows.

We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences disclaims any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the product displayed by Spacetoon International Company Organizing exhibitions and conferences whether before or after you have placed the Pre-Order. You understand and agree that the product, its design, and features are currently under development, and that the product that may be available for purchase may be materially different from the prototype.
